Can you put 82 separate email addresses under a group name to quickly email these clients but not have each client see the others info?

Hi,

If you just want to send a message to all 82 clients at once, the easiest way is to use BCC (blind carbon copy). That way, each person only sees their own name and not the others, it keeps everyone’s info private, which is always nice and professional.

  • Simply compose a new message > put your own address in the "To" field > then paste all 82 client addresses into the "BCC" field.

-Recipients will receive the email as if it was sent just to them, and they won’t see the other addresses.

-This works fine for one-time or occasional sends.
