Can't get started MS Office / Microsoft 360

I wanted to download MS Office / Microsoft 365 through the college provided link (I'm College Prof), and created an account (email and password). However, the process couldn't get completed and unbale get access to the MS Office. It got still running (~2 hrs) but stuck at a small screen with a URL "https://signup.microsoft.com/get-started/landing" please help me go forward.

    Is this an organization version (business or enterprise) that you are trying to install? You need to ask the IT support at your college to find out which credentials to use and how to access the download portal.

    Often, you sign in with your work credentials (work e-mail and password) at https://portal.office.com or something similar and proceed with the install from there.

    Note that you typically can't install an organization (education) version using a personal Microsoft account.
