Falsely Reported and Permanently Banned

I was banned on Xbox for 8 days and on Minecraft permanently. It claims I was spamming but all I did was make a group post I’m assuming someone false reported me and it was flagged for spamming but I didn’t do anything close to that. This has happened before but I didn’t know the reason for the ban before so the appeal was denied I have tried to appeal through Minecraft and they say only Microsoft can help and when I asked Microsoft customer support they there’s nothing I can do other than be banned again to try and appeal again but I only have so many strikes and I don’t want my account being permanently suspended for something I did not do. I have lost access to years of progress over a false ban and have run out of options and would appreciate some help.
