Hi, I encountered an issue during my web app deployment and attempted to create a support ticket. However, I found that I’m unable to contact or chat with the support team. I’m listed as the resource Owner and have also assigned myself the Support Request Contributor role, but access still isn’t working as expected.
Could you please help resolve this issue with the portal?
