- Looks like the Web page is not seeing the "knowledge" section and added artifacts
- Is there a sync process I need to follow?

I am assuming on above statement that your webpage is using the Agent SDK code but not pulling information as it does in playground.
Could you give some clarity on the scenario. Is the knowledge Fabric data, there is some limitation confirmed from Product group on using managed identity for Fabric services side.
