Request to remove outdated drivers from Microsoft Update Catalog

We are writing to bring to your attention an urgent issue affecting our users. The current Windows Update catalog hosts outdated versions of the drivers, which is causing technical difficulties for our customers relying on these updates. Unfortunately, we no longer have access to the account used to manage these submissions, and, therefore, we are unable to remove the outdated drivers independently.

Could you kindly advise us on the appropriate procedure to request the permanent removal of these outdated drivers from the Windows Update catalog? We would appreciate your guidance on resolving this matter to ensure our users receive accurate and up-to-date software support.
