Can't connect VM - boot error c0000034

Can't connect VM - boot error c0000034 (see the picture below)
I have already tried this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/virtual-machines/windows/troubleshoot-stuck-updating-boot-error with the result Error Package_for_RollupFix Error: 0x80070002 Error: 2 https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1823836/error-package-for-rollupfix-error-0x80070002-error
and this https://learn.microsoft.com/uk-ua/troubleshoot/azure/virtual-machines/windows/boot-error-0xc0000034
but it still the same result - I can't connect my VM and the boot diagnostic show the same problem as on the pic below
Please help to resolve the issue as far as it is very important to reach VM asap!

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & hope you are doing well.
Windows doesn't start. Instead, the system generates an error that provides the following:
File: \Boot\BCD Error Code: 0xc0000034
There's BCD (Boot Configuration Data) corruption that is not allowing the boot partition to find where the \Windows folder is.

as I mentioned in my support request I've tried and this https://learn.microsoft.com/uk-ua/troubleshoot/azure/virtual-machines/windows/boot-error-0xc0000034 and still the problem didn't solved.

Then use Serial Console or disk mount to repair the original disk offline. In worst escenario if you have a backup you can try Azure portal to redeploy the VM, which moves it to new hardware and can fix underlying host issues.

Usually Rescue VM helps to fix this issue, but it seems for you it didn't work out as per your description of the case.
Could you please confirm if the boot configuration was setup successfully or you saw any error while doing it. (More details about the process are mentioned in the documentation you already have referred: https://learn.microsoft.com/uk-ua/troubleshoot/azure/virtual-machines/windows/boot-error-0xc0000034#step-2-repair-the-boot-configuration-data)
