Outlook Login - Recovery Unsuccessful. Urgent help needed
Hello,
I'm currently unable to access my Hotmail account due to a forgotten password. My mobile number is registered as a verification method, and I’ve received multiple verification codes to that number including one single prompt to reset the password but I still cannot log in.
To try and resolve this, I created a new Outlook account and submitted the account recovery form twice in one day. Unfortunately, both attempts were unsuccessful, and I’ve now exceeded the daily limit for recovery submissions.
I’ve provided as much information as I can to verify my identity, including:
- Two of my old passwords (one that I can remember for sure)
- Four email addresses I’ve recently used from the account
- Subject titles of those emails
Despite this, I’ve had no success. What’s most frustrating is that although my mobile number is correct and actively receiving codes, Microsoft no longer seems to accept it as a valid verification method and sending me in a loop.
Interestingly, I can see in my iPhone settings that the blocked Outlook account is still linked to both my current iPhone and my old iPad 2. I’ve managed to log into the iPad and download the latest Outlook app. However, when I open the app, it displays a different Outlook address. I checked the iPad settings, and they confirm that the blocked account is still associated with my profile.
I’m desperate to regain access and would deeply appreciate any help or guidance. Thank you so much in advance.
