我注册了微软开发者帐号，邮箱是**[Moderator note: personal info removed]**@outlook.com;我交费后，目前提示是要验证，这个没有问题；但我在交完费用后，发现帐号类型不对，我是需要注册能发布Excel插件的和使用帐号验证支持的；目前在开发者中心提示只能发布windows app，是否是需要退费重新注册或是你们能帮我更改类型；我需要技术支持，请麻烦辛苦您能给电话支持以便沟通清楚相关事宜
