Our Azure web app (Frontend and backend both) was down for a couple of minutes and our services were disrupted due to this. Was this a server error from Azure side?

4. Recent Changes: Were there any recent deployments, configuration changes, or scaling events right before or during the downtime?
5. Diagnostics & Logs: Have you checked the Diagnose and Solve Problems blade or Log Stream for platform events or restarts during the affected period?
6. Application Insights: Is Application Insights enabled? If so, do you see any exceptions, restarts, or cold starts during the 8-minute outage?
7. Service Health: Did you review the Azure Service Health dashboard for any platform incidents in your region at that time?
