I cannot sign in and hitting following issue, which is also blocking me from creating a support ticket.
What can I do to recover the login?
Error message: AADSTS5000224: The tenant you are trying to access has been deauthenticated and is no longer available. Try signing in using a new or private browser window. Error code: AADSTS5000224 occurs due to 3 reasons: -
1.Recent security incident
2.Tenant de-auth
3.Tenant expiration
To resolve this issue, we require a few details to coordinate effectively with our team. Please share these details in private message as it contains personally identifiable information (PII):
- The affected tenant’s onmicrosoft.com domain name
- The Global Administrator’s User Principal Name (UPN)
- Tenant id
- Subscription ID
- Proof of approver email
Once I have these details, I’ll team up with engineering to get authentication back up for your tenant.
