How can I get my company's Partner Center account reactivated

My company's Partner Center account was deactivated due to a snafu regarding our identity which took over 30 days to resolve. We desperately need to sign Windows 11 drivers to support government contracts and have been trying for several months to get this fixed. The AI support just runs us around in circles and the one human we've been able to contact has now ghosted us. Help!
