I cannot logon to my work SharePoint files on my phone and constantly get an error

    To help me troubleshoot the issue more effectively, please provide the following information: 

    • The exact error message you are receiving (a screenshot would be extremely helpful). 
    • What you are using to access SharePoint (The dedicated SharePoint mobile app or your phone's web browser). 
    • What troubleshooting steps you have already tried. 

    In the meantime, based on the possible scenarios for this type of error, please try the following two courses of action: 

    App/Browser-Specific Checks 

    • If the issue occurs in the web browser. Have you tried opening the link in an incognito or private browsing window? If that works, you should then try clearing the cache and cookies of your regular browser. 
    • Have you tried restarting your phone? 

    Network and Device Checks 

    • Have you tried opening SharePoint using a different internet connection? 
    • Have you tried logging in on a different device (like a desktop computer or another phone) to see if the issue is device-specific? 

    Please kindly help me try these basic steps first and answer the questions. This will help me diagnose the root cause.
