Help. I have gone to AKA.MS.Charge and I have tried uploading my AmEx card info and it is not working - not recognizing my name with AmEx card. Charge for $110 on my credit card that I can not identify

Charge on my AmEx card from MicroSoft I cannot identify. Have gone to Aka.Ms. Charge and not able to get website to accept my credit card info. Not sure how to proceed. Help?
