Why is my app been fake flagged as Virus?

Hello, i made an app called FoundTheReason and when i went to download, it was Detected as virus?!? when it wasnt (it was bulid with Viscual Studio 2022) Please How do i fix that!!
Its new. and it doesnt have any visits! Please tell me how do i fix that it doesnt detect as virus
