Hello, as an NGO, we applied for the $2,000 (USD) Azure services credit per year through the Nonprofit Azure Onboarding Concierge and Success Center and got it approved. We have an active subscription, but we are currently unable to access the credit via the website https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/Balance. The message “This account does not have an active sponsorship” appears for the original admin of Azure and for me, who has all the admin privileges in Azure.
Is there another way to view the credit balance in Azure?
Do you have any ideas on how we can solve this?
