Hello,
I recently completed the Applied Skills assessment for Prepare security and compliance to support Microsoft 365 Copilot on 06/10/2025. I achieved a score of 19 out of 21, but at the end of the test, the site displayed an error message (“we encountered a challenge”) and the completion was not recorded.
Could you please help me get my achievement recognized or recover my Applied Skills badge/certificate?
