Let me know if anything comes up.
I can't log in to Windows 10 on my pc.
Hi since last week I have been unable to log in to my pc using the password. When I try to log in it asks for a pin which I don't have, I have always used my password which I have but unable to use. Any help would be appreciated . Thanks Richard

Sticky Keys coming back after every reboot suggests the accessibility settings file may have become corrupted during that update. Let’s isolate that and confirm if Windows is booting normally.
- At the login screen, press Shift + F10 to open Command Prompt.
- Type this and press Enter:
control access.cplThat opens the Accessibility settings window. Under Keyboard, disable Sticky Keys, Filter Keys, and Toggle Keys. Close the window and reboot. - If Sticky Keys still returns or password login still won’t appear, boot into the Windows Recovery Environment manually: power off, then power on and force-shut down again twice while it loads, on the third start it should enter Advanced Startup Options.
Can you confirm if your login screen shows both “PIN” and “Password” icons under Sign-in options now, or only the PIN field?

- Click “Sign-in options” on the lock screen (under the PIN box).
- Select the key icon to switch to password login.
- Enter your password there.
If the password option doesn’t appear at all:
- Reboot the PC and hold Shift while clicking Restart to enter recovery mode.
- Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
- Press F4 for Safe Mode and see if password login appears there.
Also, did you recently add or remove a Microsoft account, or change security settings before the issue started?
Let me know what you see on the lock screen when you click “Sign-in options.” That decides the next move.
