Microsoft Entra ID lost

Hi -

I have lost access to my office 365 accounts where I was the administrator and cannot reconnect. The Administrator app is associated with the locked account (@nexus-advisory.ch) and the account used to register this ticket (@ext.74Software.com)

I stil have access to the authentocator app, but the one time passwords are no longer working.

Can a ticket please be raised on my behalf to resolve this.
