My backup email has been deactivated now I can't remove it.

My backup email has been deactivated now I can't remove it from my microsoft account because if I want to I need to enter the 6 digit verification code that has been send to the deactivated account which I don't have access too.
as result also I can’t log in to my computer. It asked me to setup a new pin and I can’t set it up because of the two step verification due to the deactivated back up email.
