i have lost full access to my microsoft acount and can't sign in on it.

i have lost access to my main Microsoft account and every time i go to sign in with my email it normally sends a security code to a completely different email that i have never seen or it says couldn't find this account.
note i used Gmail when a made my account and i haven't changed it since.
