How can i change my gmail login to the company email after getting microsft for startups portal working?

In creating my MICSFT for startups i was forced to sign up with my linkedin (tied to my gmail and personal MCSFT account), But was able to add my company email within signing up afterwards. Under the team listing I see myself listed as Admin, with my gmail over on the side (non-editable) and then i tried to add myself with my company email yet says I'm already in there since that is my listed contact information despite it not being my authentication mechanism. How can i change my login so when i create and tie an Azure account it ties to the copmany email and startsup portal not my gmail? (basically how can i change the login)...
