how to remove pin from lock screen

i have added alternate email but i dont remember,ive try every email and no notification or mail and i cant cancel the request etc,it says on 10/3/2025 I've requested my security info to be replaced but i forgot about it,is there a way to bypass or factory resetting it somehow?

Is this a personal Microsoft account (like Outlook.com, Hotmail, Xbox, or a personal Windows login), or is it a work or school account that’s managed by an organization?

Also, is the device connected to a company or school account where there’s an IT administrator, or is it only using your own personal Microsoft account?

This matters because IT/tenant administrators can only help with work or school accounts. For personal Microsoft accounts, there’s no admin access and recovery works differently.
