How to recover Microsoft 365 admin account when PIN/verification is lost

Hello,

I lost access to my Microsoft 365 tenant admin account (organization: Femi d.o.o.).

The Global Administrator account cannot be accessed because the verification PIN / phone number associated with the account is no longer available.

I need to recover or reset the Global Admin account in order to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and manage my organization’s subscription.

Can you please advise the exact steps or provide a direct Microsoft support contact for tenant admin account recovery?
