Reliability monitor duplications?

I understand that you are confused about the event duplication on your Reliability monitor screen. May I know if you know when did the issue start or if you have just notice it by now.

As I checked, this might be caused by an update to the Dell Support Assist, so disable the Dell Support Assist Services or uninstall it might solve the issue. Could you please try it and tell me if it works?

Hello. From your screenshots it’s clear this isn’t random duplication but a scheduled MSI reconfiguration run. At the same second, the same apps get “reconfigured”: Office Click-to-Run, Intel drivers, Visual C++ runtimes, .NET, Dell SupportAssist, Update Health Tools, GameInput, all marked as “Successful application reconfiguration.”

That points to a scheduled task or service forcing Windows Installer to repair every MSI package. The usual suspects are Dell SupportAssist (and its Remediation/OS Recovery modules) or Microsoft’s Update Health Tools. The result is a flood of info events in Reliability Monitor, which drags the stability index down even though nothing is actually failing.

Please check two things:

• In Task Scheduler > Task Scheduler Library, do you see Dell SupportAssist or “OS Recovery / Remediation” tasks firing around the same time the Reliability Monitor entries appear?
• In Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application, filter for Event ID 1035 (MsiInstaller). Do those events show the same parent process, for example SupportAssistAgent.exe or sedsvc.exe (Update Health Tools)?
