I'm experiencing an issue with the MOC agent not being able to start but no details pointing to a reason for this behavior. How to troubleshoot this?
The error appears in Update Readiness Check
There is a warning in cluster validation
Tried to start the cluster group manually , move it to another node - no luck. Goes online briefly and after a minute shows as failed.

After some more troubleshooting, I will add that
- this is a 2 node deployment
- MOC Cloud Service Agent Resource and MOC Clustergroup will not start on any node when both nodes are Online or in Suspended state
- When only one node is online, the MOC Cloud Service Agent and MOC Clustergroup will remain online
- The moment the second node comes back in suspended state, the MOC Cloud Service Agent and MOC Clustergroup move to failed state.

on which solution version is your instance and what solution update you want to install?
Try this powershell cmd on one of the nodes:
Get-ActionPlanInstances | select ActionPlanName, InstanceID, Statuspick the InstanceID of the failed health check an add it at the end of, if there are more then one - check them all:
Start-MonitoringActionplanInstanceToComplete -actionPlanInstanceID <Instance ID>Maybe you get some more details.

Warning shows up for update or deployment when customer network setup is fine.
-ignorewarnings flag for update.
Downgrade severity of windowsupdate in cloud endpoint manifest as a short term fix. Long term, will improve the redirection logic of env checker to test the initial and redirected endpoint individually. Long term fix in 2512.
