What is the difference with Windows Defender and Windows Security?

I keep getting this notice (see Screenshot) from Windows Defender, BUT I have Windows Security, which scans and shows everything is okay. Why do I need both? I do not need any of those things set up showing on Windows Defender. Including phone. My phone is not smart, it is flip, no internet, just talk and text.
