    Dear Victor Khodeda

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A Foum. I'm Haien from Microsoft Q&A.

I understand how frustrating it is when a game like Roblox won't let you play multiplayer, especially when you think you've already enabled the right settings!

To pinpoint the best solution, could you share a bit more?

    • Are you on Windows 10 or 11? (Check by pressing Windows key + R, typing "winver," and hitting Enter.)
    • What exactly happens when you try to join a multiplayer game (e.g., error code, crash, or just "can't connect")?
    • Do you have any third-party antivirus (like Norton or McAfee) installed?
    • Have you tried disabling Windows Firewall temporarily to test?

In the meantime, you can try this way to address firewall/antivirus blocks and settings glitches:

    • Log into Roblox.com > Settings (gear icon) > Privacy > Set "Who can join me?" to "All Users" or "Friends." > Save and restart the app.
    • Right-click Start > Settings > Update & Security (Win10) or System > Troubleshoot (Win11) > Other troubleshooters > Run "Network Adapter" and "Internet Connections.> Restart PC
    • Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Search "Roblox" > Advanced options > Repair (or Reset if that fails)
    • Search for "Windows Defender Firewall" in the Start menu and open it > Click "Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall" on the left > Click "Change settings" (admin prompt), then "Allow another app."
    • Browse to C:\Users[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\Roblox\Versions[LatestVersion]\RobloxPlayerLauncher.exe (or search for "RobloxPlayerBeta.exe") > add it, and check both Private/Public boxes.

Please keep me updated with anything new that you were try to each option.
