How to Remove Definition Updates

May I ask how I can remove these two definition updates highlighted in the red rectangle?
Is there a way (1) I can prevent these two updates from showing in the settings / at least show them as installed on January 1, date (I believe it could be done in the Registry Editor, I just don't know how or where to start)?
