Dear Microsoft Education Support Team,

I am writing to report that I have not yet received the official digital badge for the Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) Expert 2025–2026 program year. I received the congratulatory email confirming my selection 3 weeks ago The digital badge is typically issued via Credly, but I have not received the activation email from Credly in my inbox or my junk/spam folders.
