Can't login to Azure Portal - "Let's keep your account secure" goes nowhere

When I attempt to login to the Azure portal with my Microsoft account, I'm presented with a dialog that says "Let's keep your account secure" with a 'Next' button that goes nowhere.
I get this message on all of my browsers and doesn't progress anywhere. I can't access Azure portal currently because of this.

Could you please try signing in to the Azure portal using an InPrivate browser window and target the sign-in directly with your tenant ID:
https://portal.azure.com/<Replace_Your_Tenant_ID>To help us investigate further, please share the affected user’s UPN and your contact email address via a private message so we can take this conversation offline.
