I´m not able to register with an academic account, though I believe I meet the requiremetns

I register with my university account and the only answer i recived is that is not aviable for me. And I didnt recived more clues or something to fixe it, I would like to know why it happens because is a personal thing bevause the rest of my class (22 students) where able to get their own accounts without any problems

2025-09-29T15:08:53.55+00:00 Btw now once I´m logged in Microsoft I cant do anything I just see the pop up of "Your account is not aviable" and go back to Azure.
