unable to login to b2b as admin

I have a B2C tenant. I switched my mobile phone. I can no longer generate the code. How can I login to the B2C tenant as the admin?

If there is another Global Administrator in the B2C tenant, have them reset your MFA methods so you can sign in and re‑register Microsoft Authenticator on the new phone.
