Can't get past Properties screen - showing incomplete - when adding new app

I'm trying to build an app for deployment through the app store but I can't get past the properties screen. It continues to show incomplete. I've been bouncing between the help center and the partner center, but neither seems to be able to address the issue. I've tried many different combinations of parameters - reducing and stretching the text. Any help is appreciated.
