AADSTS5000225: I can't log into azure portal "tenant has been blocked due to inactivity"

I am trying to log into the azure portal, but I am getting "tenant has been blocked due to inactivity". This is my personal account, so it's not attached to any organization and there is no admin account to log in with. I don't use it very often. In fact there's nothing going on in it right now.

I don't care if the old account is destroyed (and recreated) or if the account is re-activated. All I want to do is be able to access the azure portal using my personal email address.

What should I do?

When a tenant remains inactive for this period, the OMS commerce system imposes a login block (AADSTS5000225). Twenty days after the login block is applied, the tenant is permanently deleted.

Tenant inaccessible due to inactivity

If you plan to unblock your inactive tenant, it’s essential that it has been blocked for less than 20 days. After the 20-day period, the tenant is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

If it has been less than 20 days since the block, please provide the following details for further assistance via private message:

Tenant ID

Email Address

Correlation ID from the recent failure

Timestamp from the recent failure

Business impact and justification for restoring the tenant, and an explanation of the impact if the tenant cannot be restored

I don't have the tenant id since I can't log in to get it.

I also don't care about this account. I just want to use the same email address to log in and start using azure again. Can I dissociate this email address from the azure account so I can start a new one?
