Azure for Students subscription shows as Deleted, portal giving error

Hello,
I had an Azure for Students subscription. When I log in to the Azure portal, it now shows the subscription as Deleted.
Subscription ID: a5db4169-ab01-4acd-b6c9-18a94bfeea81
When I try to create a new support request or use the portal, I get the error:
"The renderComponentIntoRoot component encountered an error while loading."
Because of this, I cannot use any resources or manage the subscription.
Can this subscription be reactivated, or do I need to reapply for Azure for Students? If it was deleted by mistake, is there a way to recover it?
