Unable to log in, Password reset doesnt work, phone number verification doesnt work. Stuck and need access to the email.

Hello, I am logged out of my hotmail account, resetting the password does not work, the phone number verification comes back with 'Try another verification method

That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method.'

The account recovery is also not working as I have been waiting for months to access my account again any solutions and help would be nice thank you.

I have the same problem. My phone broke i had it reset and my authenticator i cant log in to now. It wont accept my text message as a verification. They said they cant help and I've contacted them twice then they said to contact the security team. Which I thought I did to begin with and they sent me to a link to a learn profile to sign into and I have no idea what they wanted me to do with this. I'd keep contacting them daily the second time I did they told me they looked at my identity info already and still didn't contact me

Same problem here, i had to reset my phone and Lost access to the authenticator, i did reset the password but It keep telling me to authorize through the authenticator.
