Why I am getting "Discount validation failed. This voucher has been used 1 time and cannot be used again." error as I am using this voucher for the first time?

When I am adding voucher code for GH-300: GitHub Copilot certification exam, I am getting an error: Discount Validation failed. This voucher has been used 1 time and cannot be used again" but I am using that voucher code for this first time. How to fix this?
