Issues with approving an admin consent request using Global Admin

Hi,

I'm trying to approve an admin consent request for a Teamsmaestro app and for some reason it doesn't seem to work.

Looked under Enterprise applications → Permissions.

Confirmed the app requests User.Read (delegated permission).

Tried the adminconsent URL but got stuck in the request loop.

Looked under Teams Admin Center → Manage apps → Permissions.

Didn’t see a “Review permissions and consent” button → confirmed this app doesn’t use the Teams consent path, it falls back to Entra ID.

Now the issue is that I am using Global Admin on the breakglass account and am stumped on the issue?
