Unable to Proceed with Enterprise Account Verification

We are applying to certify our Microsoft App Store Partner account as an Enterprise Account for the China Mainland region.

Our account username is ******@qq.com. Certified Company Name:江苏柱石文化科技有限公司

During the verification process, after following the instructions on the certification page, we reached the Enterprise Registration Information form but cannot proceed to the next step.

We have already tried setting the browser language to English as suggested in the documentation, but the issue persists.
