Query copilot onlineMeetings aiinsights showed badRequest Value cannot be null. (Parameter 's')

API request used
https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/copilot/users/:user_id/onlineMeetings/:meeting_id/aiInsights

Hello Quentin Tsai,

Thank you for reaching out on the Microsoft Q&A.

The error “Value cannot be null. (Parameter 's')” means one of the required values is missing. Make sure both :user_id and :meeting_id are valid IDs, and that the meeting has a transcript or recording so insights exist. Also confirm your token has the right Graph permissions and that the user has a Copilot license. Since this is a /beta endpoint, check the latest Graph docs for any recent changes.

Example request format:

https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/copilot/users/{user-id}/onlineMeetings/{meeting-id}/aiInsights

Common required permissions:

OnlineMeeting.Read or OnlineMeeting.Read.All

Copilot.Read.AllIf the issue persists, you may want to check the API documentation for any updates or changes that could affect your request.

I Hope this helps. Do let me know if you have any further queries.

Thank you!

Hi,

I am quite sure this is the Graph Beta API error.
As the same user-id and the same meeting-id was used on 09/21, and it worked totally fine.
All the permission are properly set in Azure portal before.

Are any changes made to the Beta API?
As this seems to be a regression bug.

If either user_id or meeting_id is incorrect
it will show proper error message.
not bad request
