How to get Confirmation ID of Windows if the toll of your country is not available.

I am from Kazakhstan. And trying to activate the Windows Server 2019 via phone offline. And all of the tolls are not available. Tolls of my country and all of the nearby countries including Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Russia. Help me to activate the Windows. I have an installation ID

    If you've already tried that but are still experiencing issues, Microsoft offers a web page that sometimes acts as a self-service version of the phone activation system.

    1. Go to the Microsoft Self-Service Activation Website: (spam link removed by Moderator)
    2. Enter Your Installation ID
    3. Submit and Receive the Confirmation ID:
      • After submitting, if your Installation ID is valid, the website will generate and display your Confirmation ID.
      • You can then enter this Confirmation ID into your server's activation window to complete the process.
