    Hi @Candice Dowhaniuk,

Good day! Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum and sharing the detail.

Based on your information, to provide you with the most accurate and helpful solution, I’d appreciate a bit more detail about what you're encountering, please follow these steps:

    1. Kindly confirm your operating system, it would be helpful if I know which operating system you are using: Windows, macOS or iOS / Android.
    2. After that, please verify with your colleagues. Kindly check if your colleagues can access the Signature option in their Outlook settings. If the option is missing for everyone, it may indicate that your organization has disabled this feature to enforce a centralized signature policy.
    3. Finally, please share a screenshot of the settings page where the Signature option is not visible. This will help us diagnose the issue more accurately and provide the appropriate guidance.

For your reference, here is where the Signature option is typically located in Outlook. If you notice any differences, please let me know and share screenshots for clarification.

    • Windows (Classic Outlook): File → Options → Mail → Signatures
    • User's image
    • Windows (New Outlook) and Outlook on the Web: Settings (gear) → Accounts → Signatures
    • User's image
    • Mac: Outlook → Preferences → Signatures
    • Mobile (iOS/Android): Settings → Signature (basic text only)
    • User's image

Could you kindly share the relevant details or any screenshots you may have? That will help me assist you more effectively.

Note: Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a right way.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

I'm looking forward for your reply.
