I want to set up a signature in Microsoft Outlook -- Settings/Accounts/Signature are instructions -- HOWEVER, my system does not have a Signature Link

HI Ian -- I cannot access my Microsoft 365 on my Laptop or my Authenticator on Iphone...Support Assistant advised me to contact TECH and phone number sent me to aka.ms/prosupport.com however, my sign in did not work -- BACK TO SQUARE ONE...I cannot use my Microsoft 365 on my Laptop or Authenticator -- can you assist?

Kindly confirm your operating system, it would be helpful if I know which operating system you are using: Windows, macOS or iOS / Android.
After that, please verify with your colleagues. Kindly check if your colleagues can access the Signature option in their Outlook settings. If the option is missing for everyone, it may indicate that your organization has disabled this feature to enforce a centralized signature policy.
Finally, please share a screenshot of the settings page where the Signature option is not visible. This will help us diagnose the issue more accurately and provide the appropriate guidance.
