    Hello @Deepika Reddy KS,

Good day! Thank you for posting your valuable question on Microsoft Q&A forum.

Could you clarify what kind of certificate you need to provide to your college (e.g., Microsoft Learn, course completion, etc.)?

If you completed a Microsoft Learn module (not an official certification exam), you may only receive a badge, not a certificate. Certificates are typically available for official Microsoft certifications and some learning paths.

If you pass a Microsoft certification exam, it will take up to 48 hours for your certificate to appear on Microsoft Learn Certifications Dashboard.  You can view, share, and print your transcript from your Learn profile:

    • Sign into your Learn profile: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/<your-username>
    • Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile." User's image
    • In the left pane, choose Credentials > select Certifications tab User's image
    • Click on View certification details.
    • Use the Download button (or "Print" > "Save as PDF") to save your certificate.

If your certificate isn’t visible after 48 hours, please reply to this answer and let me know. I’ll guide you through the next steps. Thank you for reaching out to us!
