How do I log into skype to redeem credit? Not sure the email I got from Skype is not fraud.

    If you have not used your Skype credit within the last 180 days, then this credit is temporarily disabled. However, you can at any time reactivate this credit using this reactivation site:

    https://calling.web.skype.com/account/credit_reactivation

    Just be sure to sign in to this site with exactly the same account as you have used with Skype.

    Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    Please note that Skype retired in May 2025. You can no longer move your Skype credit to a Microsoft account credit. Sign in with your Microsoft account on the Skype web portal to use your existing Skype credit, which still works.

    You can also sign in to Teams for free using your Skype login email, where the dialpad will be available to make calls using existing Skype credit.
