What is the monetary value of points donated through Microsoft Rewards to support programs for homeless orphans?

Hi, I have a question if I donate to the programs so what will they get when I donate points?

How much money will they get? I want to donate to some organisation which will help other people. The program is about taking kids of homeless orphans. I hv searched about it a lot and asked bing as well but it doesn’t reply to my question correctly.

I see in the image that it says USD, is the ratio of money to points dependent on currency? Would the charity receive different amounts from someone who uses AUD?
