500 UnknownError on /beta/admin/appsAndServices API – Seeking Guidance on Resolution

We started getting an UnknownError 500 error with empty message for the API https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/admin/appsAndServices since 2025-09-09T07:02:44.534+05:30

The API was working fine and started failing without any changes to the way we are calling this API.

The headers don't have any other detail either. Can someone from the team help me understand what this error means or what do I need to do in order to make this API work? The error is very vague and I want to make sure the API is working fine ASAP.
