I got suspended and I have no idea as to why. I received no email or text stating why.IMG_5058

I do programs where I meet with others in my community and I have a meeting today. I have to ask some others for if we have a meeting today.

    Hi Bryson,

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Community. I know how frustrating it must be to suddenly lose access to your GroupMe account without any warning or explanation. Let’s see what we can do to help.

First, try logging in through the web at groupme.com. Sometimes accounts behave differently depending on the platform. While you're there, you can also try the "Forgot Password" option—just enter your email or phone number, hit "Reset password," and follow the steps. You’ll only need to enter the new password once.

If you're using an iPhone, you can also try offloading the GroupMe app to refresh it without losing your data. Just go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, scroll down to find GroupMe, tap it, and choose Offload App. This will remove the app but keep its data. After that, tap Reinstall App and try signing in again.

If none of that works, you might find this thread helpful: Why is my GroupMe account suspended and for how long? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/4650459/why-is-my-groupme-account-suspended-and-for-how-lo

It shares similar experiences and what others have done to resolve the issue.

Let me know how it goes,

    Warm regards,

    Edward
