Recover Admin Microsoft Account with Lost MFA Access

Hi,

I’ve lost access to the MFA for our admin account that was set up couple of weeks ago. The Authenticator app no longer shows the account, and I didn’t set up a phone number or backup method.

I still have access to my regular account in the domain with MFA, but it doesn’t have admin rights.

Could you please help me reset the MFA so I can access the admin account again?
